Closing 19 March, visitors from 149 countries made the voyage to Turkey’s Istanbul Expo Centre for the fair which was organised by Informa Markets.
The number of international visitors increased by 17 per cent compared with the 2022 show, with 29 per cent of buyers coming to the fair from abroad. More than 1,500 brands and companies exhibited.
Istanbul Jewellery Show founding partner Sermin Cengiz said: “We feel the justified pride and happiness of bringing together the jewellery sector for the 53rd time.”
“The largest ever held Istanbul Jewellery Show is now over. The business network held at this event has contributed positively both to the sector and to exports.
“We foresee that Istanbul Jewellery Show will continue to be a preferred event for the entire global jewellery sector primarily for Türkiye, and the number of both the participants and the visitors will keep on rising in the fair to be held in October.”
The Istanbul Jewellery Show was established in 1986.
