Blackbox Jewellers owner Nasha Ahmed has added the incentive to promote the sale of her five-bedroom home in in Canning Vale, Western Australia, with the diamond ring reportedly valued at $30,000.
The house was purchased in 2015 for $525,000, with offers sought until 24 September. Ahmed told Perth Now that the promotion's purpose was to give back to the community around her business.
“The property is close to one of my good-performing stores, so I saw it as a way of giving back,” she said.
“It’s a way to spread the good fortune. I’m not from Perth originally, but Perth has been very good to me.
“You could say I’ve been adopted into Perth, and I’m very grateful for that.”
Blackbox Jewellers operates four stores in Western Australia and one in Victoria.
