The promotion, which launched at the beginning of February, offers a supplementary gift of a Napoleon Perdis ‘Gloss Patrol’ lip gloss, worth $25, when consumers buy watches from the Ice-Love, Stone and new Ice-White ranges.
The partnership was timed to take advantage of Valentine’s Day and coincided with the launch of Ice-White.
Larry Porter, chief executive of Ice-Watch’s Australian distributor Bolt International, said Napoleon’s target market made it a good match for the watch brand.
“It is a great fit for us as Napoleon Perdis is the pre-eminent cosmetics brand in Australia within their demographic, they have a fashionable and loyal following, a great brand and a wonderful range of products,” Porter said.
“It is a partnership that provides a highly complementary association and allows both brands to differentiate themselves by providing their most loved brands packaged together,” he added.
The promotion is due to run until the end of February. However, Porter said he expects it to end sooner because of limited stock and high demand levels.
