My love of adornment started nearly 30 years ago with an amazing trip to East Africa, where my eyes, ears and heart were opened up to the exciting possibilities of personal adornment. Experiencing the stunning African landscape with my own eyes and discovering the beautiful fabrics, beads and carvings of the East African people touched me in a way that has stayed with me over the years.
