Wedding ring manufacturer Peter W Beck will officially release Volume Seven of its wedding ring and jewellery catalogue at the International Jewellery Fair (IJF).
Peter W Beck marketing manager Laura Sawade said the leather-bound publication, which contains about 350 pages detailing the supplier’s product offering, was a “huge asset” for retailers and had always been Peter W Beck’s “biggest selling tool”.
“The catalogue provides our retailers with all the information they would need to sell our wedding rings with confidence to their customers,” she stated. “Having access to a physical catalogue also provides an immediate impression of quality, a tangible piece that the consumer can emotionally connect with.
“The physical document will provide [consumers] with quality cues and a better sense of what our company is about – more than an online document ever could,” she added.
Volume Seven took three and a half years to produce, and Sawade said the latest incarnation incorporated several improvements on its predecessor, which was released in 2009.
In addition to containing an increased amount of information for each product, she noted the latest publication placed a stronger emphasis on connecting with consumers and included a new information section for brides and grooms.
“This gives couples a guide when shopping for their wedding rings, including a timeline to help them plan for their big day,” Sawade explained.
She said the catalogue had been improved for retailer use as well. “At the back of the catalogue we have a section [containing] important information, which guides the retailer through everything they need to know when placing an order with us.”
Jewellers will be able to view Volume Seven at the IJF, which will be held from Saturday 29 August to Monday 31 August at the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island.
