Ulrik Rasch, who is based in Denmark, was recently appointed as the global supply chain director for Endless.
Rasch has spent many years working in operations and supply chain management roles across various international businesses, with his skillset also encompassing business development and business transition management.
Commenting on the company’s latest move, Endless CEO Paul Moonga said, “Over the past few months we have strengthened both production facilities and our global organisation, and our focus is to continue the positive development to the benefit of both Endless and our loyal partners.
“I look … forward to working with Ulrik and for the rest of the organisation to take full advantage of his experience.”
Rasch, who has already commenced work in his new role, commented, “I will be working with all suppliers, internally and externally, to develop our infrastructure and our quality control process and I am truly excited to be a part of a brand with such potential.”
Focusing on development
Endless founder Jesper Nielsen announced earlier this year that the company’s shareholders had decided to “execute a significant capital injection”, which would allow for the business’ continued expansion and further improvement of its global supply chain operations.
It was also confirmed in May that the jewellery supplier had partnered with a new bracelet manufacturer, enabling the company to double its production capacity.
After Endless missed its initial scheduled product delivery date for Australia, postponing it from May to August, Nielsen was candid about struggling to meet the burgeoning international demand. At the time he said the business was “continuously upgrading our production facilities and distribution plan”.
Since launching in 2013, Endless has entered more than 30 markets worldwide, with more than 3,500 retail stockists established across Europe, the US, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
