The Orion 150S pulse-arc welder is said to be an easy-to-use system for both high-power and precision welding jewellery needs.
The welder boasts a large power range of 2–150 joules with 0.2-joule increments, allowing for full control over intricate welds around precious components.
The series has two modes: Tack Mode and Pulse Arc Mode. Tack Mode can be used to temporarily position parts before welding or soldering and Pulse Arc Mode is used to perform permanent welds, add metal as well as other time-saving applications.
