The Affection Diamonds website originally displayed the GIA logo without approval. Following enquires by Jeweller, four logos were stripped from the supplier’s website and replaced by plain-text acronyms of four diamond grading laboratories.

Anna Cisecki - Australian Diamond Portfolio director and new DDCA Board Member. Her business was using the GIA logo without authorisation. The website has now been changed.

The Jewellers Association of Australia alleged that a Sydney-based diamond supplier was making misleading and deceptive claims by using the JAA member logo without authorisation. Delphi Diamonds was placed in liquidation in June.
